We were a group of 15, and after dinner we all became sick with vomiting and fever. The food they served was stale. There should be a police complaint against this property for putting people's health at risk.

The property itself is beautiful, with more than 200 peacocks and birdsong that makes the stay worthwhile. They also have an electric rickshaw to get between the condos. The food has the usual Rajasthani spice and oil. But the way staff spoke to and stared at three girls having a celebratory drink was upsetting, and the Mahindra brand should be embarrassed. Staff need gender sensitisation. I talked to a female staff member and got a different account, which left me wondering how they speak to colleagues if that's how they treat guests. The changing area for girls and boys at the pool isn't separated either. Ridiculous. If you're a girl without a boy, be ready to overlook some things, even though the property is great.

The main drawback was the hot water in winter, which took ages to come through. There are also mosquitoes because of all the greenery, so bring lotion, especially for children. The resort is well maintained and has a pool and spa. The restaurant's North Indian food was nice, though they should improve the Chinese and other cuisines.

There are plenty of peacocks, which add a lot to the charm, and the resort has games and archery for a peaceful stay. The property is spread out, with around 32 rooms, dining facilities, a travel desk, a 24-hour reception, and room service. Mahindra Club took over the operation and management a few months ago.
