The staff did their best with what they had, but the hotel needs attention from the owner. Several things were falling apart or felt like jugaad: the side lamps didn’t work, there was no working kettle despite the website saying one was provided, and the deluxe bathrooms were too small. Being in the main market also causes a problem, since local taxis won’t go there because it’s a no entry zone.

The common washrooms were very dirty, poorly maintained, and hard to access. In one room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was inconvenient and meant little privacy. The management’s behavior felt unprofessional, and the bed kept making noise and made it hard to sleep. There wasn’t basic cleanliness, comfort, or proper service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room smelled foul, and I asked for air freshener, but neither the staff nor receptionist bothered. I was staying with my wife, and we were really disappointed. The receptionist was somehow very rude, and they didn’t even provide handwash in the washroom. A third-class hotel.

The staff behaved well and most things were good. I was a little disappointed that breakfast wasn't included for free. If it were, we'd consider coming back.

The hotel's location is the one good thing I can say about it. The photos online don't reflect what you actually get: the ₹1000–₹2000 rooms were damp and poorly maintained. The deluxe, lavish room shown on the booking site is apparently the most expensive, premium option.
