The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. Wi-Fi keeps disappearing, cleanliness seems optional, and service feels like a foreign concept.

The food was very average, and they cooked whatever they wanted even though it was part of our package. We had been told there would be 2-3 menu options, but that never happened. Despite booking in advance, they gave our rooms to other people for a higher price. We waited over an hour, then got a small room used by drivers and labourers. Pathetic service. If you're looking for a decent hotel near New Digha Sea Beach, this is a big no. Please avoid it.

The food, rooms, and service at this price are unbelievable. I was surprised to see such a low rating. This place deserves more than five stars. Go check it out.

The hotel is affordable, and the atmosphere is very good. Service is friendly, and everything they offer is good and tasteful. I'd stay here again. ❤️

I booked three AC rooms, but the staff switched the AC off every day. The landlines don't work, so getting help meant going all the way downstairs to reception. The staff behaved terribly, and I have no words for the management. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Shame on this hotel and the paid YouTube creators who make videos about it.
