Hotel O Delmas guest house

Evenings around Casa Ruth Guest House, Goa had a pleasant, lively feel, nice for a short walk and a bit of Goa atmosphere after being out for the day. The guest house itself was calm and cozy, and both the room and common areas were clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay here, with a peaceful feel and excellent cleanliness. Highly recommended.

The shops were just steps away, and we loved how clean the place was and the cozy balcony. After checking into Ivy retreat, we found it in such poor condition that we left within an hour. While searching for somewhere better, Casa Ruth caught our eye straight away and felt like our own home. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and hope to return. Thanks to Sigfred and family for hosting us.

We expected basic courtesy, clear explanations, and respect, but none of that was our experience. Staff started arguing with us about checkout as early as 8:30 AM and pressured us to leave right away, without even giving us time to freshen up. They also asked for extra charges without properly explaining or justifying them. The way this was handled felt forceful, disrespectful, unfair, and unprofessional. This is unacceptable in hospitality, and I'd advise people who value dignity and a hassle-free stay to avoid the place.

Everything was organized well, so the stay felt easy and stress-free. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and courteous. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place.
