Saurav’s room service really stood out. He was polite, prompt, and attentive, and made sure requests were handled quickly and the room was comfortable. The rest of my stay at Golden Tulip Hotel was wonderful too. Check-in went smoothly, the rooms were well maintained, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable, with professional hospitality throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Saurav, made me feel valued and cared for.

A handwritten note from housekeeping made my day, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. From check-in to the restaurant, everyone made me feel at home and went the extra mile. This hotel clearly puts a lot of care into guest comfort and professional service.

The food was tasty, and the Amritsari kulcha with tawa chhole was a particular favorite. My room was clean, neat, and comfortable, making this a pleasant and reasonably priced stay at Golden Tulip Gurgaon. There’s just one lift, so waits can get long when it’s busy, and service could be better. Most staff spoke Hindi, and their English or other languages were limited, which sometimes made communication difficult. Still, it’s a decent value-for-money hotel with good food and clean rooms.

It was my first trip to Northern part of India, and the warmth and professionalism of everyone we met at GOLDEN TULIP, Sector 29, Gurugram will stay with me for a long time. We spent over a month there, and the management made the stay pleasant and seamless. They coordinated well and were flexible with standard rules that might otherwise have got in the way. The housekeeping team, led by Ms. Jyothi, Sathya Prakash, Rizwan, Ankur, Aryan, and Sourabh, kept checking that all was well. They took care of making the bed, cleaning the room, and picking up laundry. The kitchen team served delicious meals made to our preferences and helped us choose from the menu. Thanks to Rana at breakfast, and Ajay and Manoj for Chinese food. Salman Bhai, Kaif, Susheel, Aadesh, Sahil, and Pankaj from the service team were friendly and attentive too. Thanks to everyone for making the month-long stay so smooth and memorable. God bless!
