We had a lot of fun staying here. The sixth-floor place had a great ambience, was well maintained, and the maid came to clean it. The blankets and bedsheets felt fresh. Tea dust, sugar, and coffee powder were complimentary, and Blinkit delivers here. It’s in a decent locality, about 5km from the mahalaxmi temple. There are rats in the house, so be cautious. Parking is limited to one car. There are two air-conditioners in the living room and one in the bedroom, plus extra mattresses if needed. The open area has a dining table and a small outdoor bathtub.

Dear Mr.Rahat, We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in your 1st Floor flat. It’s spacious, clean, and the washrooms are in good shape. Water supply was good, and there’s enough room for family get togethers. Thapa and Kaushalya, the support staff, work hard and keep the place clean and habitable. One small request: the hand towel and floor towels should be changed daily. We didn’t need to switch on the TV, though some guests may use it a lot, so that might be something to look at. The flat is very nice for the area. We’d rate it 4.5 out of 5.

There’s a great view from this beautiful home, and a real big tree on the terrace. It’s thoughtfully equipped with all the little things you need for a stay. The host and his team were very hospitable, and staying here was a memorable experience for us. I’d highly recommend it for trips to Kolhapur and around.

We treat this beautiful flat as our holiday home and stop here every time we travel from Mumbai through Kollapur on the way to Bangalore, Goa, Hyderabad, or another city. The view over the city and fields, with a tree on the terrace, is one of the loveliest parts. The flat is thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen and washroom are always well stocked. The bedroom has comfortable beds, AC, and enough blankets; the living room is spacious and has a handy kitchen. All the necessary electronics are provided. I do wish the Television Set would be upgraded. The owner is a great host. Whenever we ask for a home cooked Kollapur Mutton and Chicken thali for dinner, we’re never disappointed. I strongly recommend staying here, and wish I could give more than 5 stats.

The owner, Mr. Kharbanda, takes great care to make guests feel welcome. This comfortable apartment has all the facilities, and staying there feels like being at home away from home. You don’t need to bring anything apart from your clothes. There are two apartments, one with a garden and one without. The garden one is beautiful and has breathtaking views. Food can be ordered on Zomato or swiggy. We had a wonderful stay.
