OYO 76332 Hotel Sai Manikanta Inn

When you book online through OYO, they ask for extra money and make check-in difficult. Then they tell you to cancel, saying OYO will arrange a different place, but the other OYO is too far away. They demand extra money there too. If you go without a booking, they charge more than the price shown on Google.

The food was awful, the service was terrible, and the prices were higher than they deserved. I ordered biryani rice and got 95% white rice with only 5% biryani rice, and that small amount was poor quality too. The dining area smelled bad, and only two people were serving, so we waited around 40 min after ordering. They weren't following normal standards. In my 38 years of experience all over india, this was the very worst restaurant I've seen. I wouldn't give it even one star, but I'm forced to give one. Don't trust the positive reviews about this restaurant, I think they're fake and posted by hotel staff.

The AC didn’t work, and the sink tap was broken. There was no drinking water, toiletries, towels, or hot water. The room smelled like someone had been drinking beer, and the plates they gave us for meals looked awful. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The place felt unhygienic, including the washroom, and the made-up ambience seemed fake. They charged a lot, but the biryani was the worst I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a meal.
