Varsha Kumari at reception made the experience especially memorable. She was kind, professional, and welcoming, handled everything smoothly, and made us feel valued and respected. The hotel was comfortable, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were polite and ready to help, too. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would love to visit again.

As a solo woman traveler, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at Solstays Premier, Galleria Market, Sector 27. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I gave it 1 star on MakeMyTrip after booking there. The safety concerns were serious for me. Balconies connect in a way that someone from a neighboring room could easily cross over, and the property felt isolated. I also learned while speaking with Mr. Praveen Kumar that the hotel is rented by the hour, which made me extremely uncomfortable about the kind of crowd and environment that setup might attract. The rooms, including the “Deluxe” and “Superior” options, were tiny, cramped, poorly maintained, and unlike the online pictures. There were hygiene issues as well: my room had no body wash or hand wash, and when I asked, housekeeping was very poor and staff kept saying “we don’t have it.” Food was another disappointment. There is no proper restaurant or buffet, despite the half-board or full-board packages, just an average veg/non-veg thali sent to the room, and the quality was extremely poor. Staff were rude and dismissive, with little basic hospitality. On top of that, Mr. Praveen Kumar repeatedly pressed me to give the property at least a 4-star rating and hinted at discounts or offers in return. I found that unethical and it made the online ratings seem unreliable, so I’d be cautious about the 4-star and 5-star reviews. Between the dirty rooms, poor hygiene and food, rude staff, rating pressure, and safety concerns, the whole environment was uncomfortable. I’d spend a little more for a proper branded hotel rather than compromise on safety and peace of mind. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this for women or families.

I’ve been here a couple of times for treats and team dinners, and it’s a good place to spend time with family and friends. There’s a nice variety of food, and the chef was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.
