Saltstayz Premier - Sector 50 & Golf Course Ext Road

As of 9th MARCH 2026, my refund still has not been processed. The administration seems accustomed to letting down paying customers, particularly people travelling from outstation cities. They have shown no integrity, and still haven’t replied to this review or my email, or refunded what they owe. I’m writing this on 28th January 2026, nearly three months after checking in on 4th November 2025. We paid ₹12,100 in total and were travelling to Gurugram from out of town. The room quality was sub-standard, and the management and staff were so incompetent that we left after two days. We initially put up with room fixtures falling apart, no formal laundry receipt, and sub-standard room service. But the staff and management were extremely negligent and incompetent, and no one on-site seemed interested in resolving anything. Their indifference came with a lack of professionalism. When we checked out, the hotel agreed it owed us ₹2,852. They gave us no final invoice, only an "Estimate Invoice" that recorded our UPI details and promised payment within a week. Nearly three months later, there’s been silence. The reservation helpline won’t answer calls or messages, and written emails go unacknowledged. Escalating has meant jumping through more hoops, with the guest expected to handle the paperwork for a refund the hotel already admitted it owed. I’ve had to take this to the Consumer Forum, while management still shows no accountability. They’ll take your money, then disappear when they owe you a service or refund. Their "admin team" is a black hole. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss, and stay elsewhere. Since I have no other avenue, I’m posting this publicly to warn anyone considering this hotel chain.

The reception staff were very good, but the restaurant staff behaved terribly. The rooms were compact, the balcony still had waste left by previous guests, and water came out of the flush every time it was used. The location was just okay. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I definitely won’t stay at this Saltstayz property again.

The room cleaning service from Mr. Ankur and team was especially good, and the staff were polite and caring. Our room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is close to the main markets and ck birla hospital. My whole stay at salt stay hotel was comfortable.

After my father and I left an honest review, the property manager posted my father's personal phone number on their Google listing without permission. That’s a serious privacy breach and completely unacceptable. This felt unsafe and deeply unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding the place.
