The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a prime location. Room service was a little slow, though, and could be better.

The food was decent, and the service was prompt. Rooms were kept well and were reasonably clean. It could work as a guest house for companies around Gurugram, and I’d stay here for a work trip or a weekend.

At Hotel Smart Inn, the room was clean and breakfast was included, but the cost for two people per day felt a bit high. Room service was acceptable. There was also a strange smell I couldn’t identify, and for what I paid, I expected a little more.

The staff were cooperative, the rooms were pleasant and quiet, and the washrooms were clean. Finding the place can be difficult if you booked online, since six or seven hotels have the same name, Smart Inn. Also, none of them seems to have a proper kitchen, so room service food isn’t available.

It’s a bit pricey compared with similar places nearby, but the staff were polite and quick to respond when I had a problem. They tried to sort it out fast. Breakfast was very good, especially the tea served in a pot, which was enough for almost two cups. A nice place to stay.
