The Executive Suites

Never book this hotel! The manager spent 5 hours saying he was working on the hot water, but wasn't doing anything. There was no hot water in most rooms. We tried for half an hour in the morning, and the person sent to check couldn't fix it. He said the water couldn't get hot because it was winter. Then the manager said he'd move us to another room, but we checked with the customer staying there ourselves and found that room had no hot water either. They wouldn't give us the owner's number, and the owner didn't call us. We made a police complaint for cheating us, but the hotel kept us waiting at the police station and didn't turn up there either. The approach to customers was very, very bad and casual, and then they blamed us for losing patience. The manager actually said, “It wasn't that bad!” Zero stars for this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Treebo Trend Maravilla has tastefully designed rooms that are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It’s a hidden gem with an exceptional stay experience.

The basement rooms were handy for changing clothes or putting things away, and the hotel staff kept bringing us food and mixers through the night. My friend held a Diwali party down there, with a big screen for karaoke and a well-kept pool for the guys. The setup worked really well.

Breakfast was a mess. The manager had described several choices, but the morning staff said those weren't available and served what the central team had decided, which I understood was against Treebo standards. I can't see why Treebo still lists this hotel. My family and I had a really bad stay. Even basic things like mineral water and towels weren't provided unless we asked. The staff couldn't tell me whether the Wi-Fi password had capital letters, so after waiting 30 minutes I asked the owner. The manager and staff seemed clueless about the problems.
