The Luxotic Suites Gurgaon

The staff behaved badly, the wall paint was peeling, and the door handle was broken. Honestly, I can’t think of anything good about the hotel. The worst part was being denied check-in because they said the price was lower than what they had shown us and demanded extra money. If the price we booked at wasn’t acceptable, they shouldn’t have accepted the booking in the first place. After we arrived, they said they couldn’t honor it and told us to contact Agoda, refusing to give us a room. That shows how cheap they are, denying check-in when the customer has no real alternative and may end up paying extra. Agoda helped us, and we got the room. All in all, a very shitty hotel and an even shittier experience.

I cancelled the booking and the refund process has started, but I still haven't received any cancellation email or a way to track it, despite calling several times and sending an email. The trouble began when I booked through the official website at 1840 per night and chose the partial payment offer. After confirmation, another email said the price was higher and asked me to pay more. The helpdesk wouldn't apply the updated charges and insisted on full payment in advance. They also said cancelling it myself would cost the full amount, so I asked them to cancel from their side. They just kept giving me the runaround. This feels like a scam. Don't get caught up in it.

We had to check out within 4-5 hours because the place felt unsafe, and our plans were ruined. We booked through Agoda for 14 Jan 2026, then spent more than 30 minutes outside a locked gate. The doorbell didn't work and staff couldn't be reached despite over 50 calls. We were charged extra even though rooms were available. We checked three rooms and found the same problems in each: damp, dirty, foul-smelling rooms, peeling paint, dusty furniture, dirty towels, a broken bathroom lock, and AC and heating that didn't work. A heater was promised but never arrived, even after more than five hours. The jacuzzi tap was broken and there was no hair dryer. The Agoda photos are misleading, and the staff were careless and unprofessional. This was a complete misrepresentation and customer fraud. I strongly recommend strict action and a full refund.

The room was the worst I've ever stayed in. It smelled damp and moldy, with fungus all over. It looks like nobody has maintained the place.
