The staff were cooperative and good, though the night team, especially at the front desk, weren't very kind or humble. Booking online worked well for me. If you tell them you're going to book online, they may mark the property sold out, leaving you to pay the same rate or find somewhere else. All in all, it was good.

They told me there were no rooms when I arrived, even though I had called four hours earlier to check availability. They still refused to give me a room. A really bad experience.

A third-rate hotel. The prices are also on the high side. I asked to check in half an hour early, but they flatly refused.

Don't stay here. Rooms are dirty and don't even have locks, so you can't leave your luggage behind when you go out. If you book through the Oyo website, expect to pay extra: they'll refuse the online booking and ask for more money to give you a room.

The stay was comfortable and felt homely, and the staff were nice and very helpful. The front and back sides need cleaning, and the curtains do too. Still, it was a nice stay. Thanks.
