Once I checked in, everything was on track, which was reassuring when staying somewhere far from home. The people were very nice, and the room was clean with just the right lighting. It's in sector 14, very close to the heart of the city. I had a good stay and really liked the rooms.

This is the most affordable place in Gurgaon Sector 14, so it's nearly always booked in advance. A couple of staff members can get you whatever you need, as long as the stores are open, and I really liked that. The rooms are close together, so there's little privacy, which makes it less suited to couples. Still, some couples stay here because it's affordable.

The staff member was rude and unavailable when we needed service. The AC he switched on when we arrived made a lot of disturbing noise. We also didn't get the complimentary breakfast because we had to check out at 8 am. The staff kept the phone engaged and wasn't available to help. I was very unsatisfied with the property's service.

The toilets were neat and clean, and the rooms were pretty good. I only stayed one night, but it was lovely. I needed a room, found this hotel unexpectedly at a good price, and was impressed by how good the rooms were.

For INR 300, I paid for one night's stay, and you can't find a better deal at that price. The hotel is good for what it costs, and the service is fine.
