At the next hotel, the manager pushed us to cancel our booking and offered one room for cash at three times the actual amount. Earlier, despite having booked in advance, another manager refused to provide the rooms as agreed and said we could only use one for 3-4 hours on an hourly basis. The hotels had no signs, so finding them was a struggle. This was my first time trying OYO in Gurgaon, around HUDA City Centre, Subhash Chowk, and Rajiv Chowk, and I've never had such a hard time booking rooms.

The food was excellent and the service was just as good. After not dining out for nine months, we went for a lovely lunch to celebrate my son's birthday. Looking forward to coming back for more tasty food and attentive service!

Please don't stay at this Airbnb, especially with friends, a group, or your partner. There was no privacy, the rooms were very dirty, and the sheets weren't clean. The staff were extremely rude and had no manners when speaking to guests. They cut the electricity to show their anger, didn't care what happened afterward, and abused guests and picked fights. They also gave false reasons to charge extra. I strongly advise people not to go.

The person who coordinated things during booking stopped answering calls after checkout. The next day there was someone else at reception, asking for extra money for things that had been promised free before booking. I spoke to the house owner, who said he'd look into it and do something. Then he called reception and told them to take the extra money. The place sounded different when booking, but the reality was worse, with no amenities available.
