We arrived quite late, so we didn’t get to try the food. The service was good, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The property has non-smoking rooms, which we only found out after arriving. The room was comfortable, with nice interiors and good upkeep. The washroom was clean, and the linen felt fresh and hygienic.

Breakfast was scrumptious, and the location worked really well, with major places in Gurgaon nearby. My room was super comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Once the booking details were checked, they quickly moved us from the smaller room we were first given. The new room was spacious, well kept, and had luxurious interiors that felt like a proper four-star stay. All the essential facilities were there and working. Being right in the heart of Gurgaon made getting to the metro and nearby areas easy. We had a comfortable, satisfying stay. 😊

Breakfast was good, though the buffet could be replenished more consistently. When something ran out, the staff did arrange it from the kitchen. The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the price felt reasonable. Staff were courteous.

Lakshmi deserves a special mention for her hospitality and understanding of guest satisfaction. The whole team worked hard, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, too. Great location, and Udman is a good choice if you're staying in Gurgaon.
