They have a signal jammer, so your mobile network won’t work and you’re pushed to use their open Wi-Fi. Don’t connect to it: they’ll hack into your phone and check out the booking to give themselves a 5 star rating. They also disturb you early in the morning, before breakfast, by calling on the intercom with some made-up excuse, like saying someone has come to meet you at reception. If you ask for breakfast then, they tell you to remind them at breakfast time. Even when I asked them to send it as soon as it was ready, they didn’t.

The bedsheets and pillow had already been used, and we had to get them replaced. There’s a gallery in the rooms that isn’t locked and can be opened from outside, which is a serious security concern. They wouldn’t take credit cards and insisted on cash or Google Pay. We also couldn’t pay online through the OYO app because the counter person, Mr. Mehta, said it wasn’t under OYO. I’ve stayed at other places through OYO and never had such a bad experience. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

The room was only okay, even after I changed rooms twice. Staff made noise all night and kept disturbing me. They didn’t provide an OYO kit. Third class service from this Oyo Townhouse, not recommended. Golf course Townhouse Gurugram was much better.

I paid online in the OYO app, but when I arrived to check in, they refused because, according to their policy, they don’t allow OYO-paid check-ins. We ended up paying for the room through Google Pay. The room was just okay, with no dustbin, a leaking bathroom geyser, and no OYO kit. At night, while I was asleep, someone opened the room from outside and came in. I woke up and he ran back out. That’s a terrible security issue, and I’d never recommend staying there.
