The facilities didn’t match what was shown online, and the rooms were poorly kept, with cleanliness clearly neglected. Basic amenities were missing or didn’t work, which made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. I asked the staff for help several times, but they didn’t respond or seem interested in fixing anything. From arrival onward, even the basic expectations weren’t met. For what I paid, the quality and service were unacceptable, and the hotel’s negligence caused me needless trouble on my trip. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay.

The room was comfortable, and prices here are very cheap compared with the surrounding area. The staff at The Alohi Inn were respectful and kind, with good manners and a lot of humanity. The area is peaceful too.

The room was tiny for two people, and the bathroom was the worst part. I booked by phone and paid in advance, but after arriving around 6pm I had to wait another 20 minutes to check in. Then they asked for the balance as if I might run away. I stay in hotels often and have never been asked to pay that way. They should handle things more professionally.

I’m from udalguri, and the hospitality at this alohi inn really touched me. The staff were so friendly. If you need an inn or a temporary place to stay, definitely choose this alohi inn.

We booked the hotel for three hours to freshen up, and it worked well for that kind of short stay. They also sent the invoice promptly. A good experience.
