Awesome Palace

I was left waiting for hours after arriving the next day, even though I had come early. They had given my room away and asked me to wait, but the updates were poor. Every time they said it would be 10 minutes, I ended up waiting 3-4 hours, exhausted and needing rest. My Indigo flight had been delayed on the booking day, so I couldn't check in then. I told them what happened, but they refused to cancel or refund the booking. The manager was rude and didn't seem willing to help.

The rooms at Awesome Palace Hotel are lovely, with nice lighting and decor, and the housekeeping staff were helpful and always smiling. The reception team was just as kind. I stayed here two days ago. It's near G.S Road Ganeshguri Guwahati, and the restaurant, Olive Garden, was really great. I hope to visit this Palace again. I think you'll have a good experience at Olive Garden near this location. Thanks to the team.

I keep booking the same room on the 3rd floor for me and my partner. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable, though I can't say what the other rooms are like. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I usually order food from outside even though the food served here is delicious. City centre, Fabindia, McDonald and other popular places are within walking distance. I've had a pleasant stay each time and would gladly come back.

The rooms were roomy and spotless, but the bathroom was a little stingy. The menu prices felt too high, especially 190 for one small, cold Gulab Jamun.
