The rooms were filthy, with blood and hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and no towels were provided. Before that, they had refused to give us a room because we'd booked at a low price. Customer support helped resolve it, but the owner stayed rude the whole time, even on the phone. This was my worst OYO room experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. The 4.5 rating on the OYO app is misleading; it deserves zero stars.

The bathroom flush didn't work, and its lock was broken. The manager was very rude, as if we were staying for free. He first refused to give us a room because we'd booked and paid online, and also wouldn't provide the complimentary water bottle that comes with an OYO booking. I'd give this minus five stars if I could.

The food was good, but I hated the toilet and the rooms weren't very clean. The location is quite far inside. Those stains don't appear overnight, and I wonder why hotels in India aren't maintained properly. I don't know.

We paid 7k for three nights, and the room wasn't good for that price. The bedcover and pillow cover were especially dirty. When I asked for clean ones, they said all the covers were the same.

The owner was very rude, and the property wasn't following OYO's proper policy. My room was booked and paid for online at a low price, but they initially refused to give it to me, saying their accommodation didn't match the price. Customer care helped sort it out in the end. It was my worst experience, and I won't recommend this place.
