Dula Homestay had a peaceful, homely atmosphere, and the location was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Staff were polite and service was decent, though responsiveness could improve a little. I had a really pleasant stay, and it seems like a great choice for a relaxing holiday.
The owner was the highlight of my solo stay. He was caring and helpful, and guided me through my entire trip. My room was immaculate and the nightly price very nominal. The location felt tranquil but was well-connected to all transport. I also found the sound of trains running behind the property a unique part of the trip. A wonderful, peaceful, comfortable homestay with courteous service. Book here if you want a restful stay and good value.
Getting to transportation was easy, and there was a great food corner nearby. The homestay was spotlessly clean, and the host was attentive and behaved wonderfully. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it.
I’ve stayed at this homestay for weeks at a time as a solo female guest, and I’ve always felt extremely safe. The host and his family are incredibly kind. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cute, with a very clean bathroom and top-notch amenities. This is my go-to place in Guwahati. I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m there.
We stayed here for a month while my friends and I were doing training. The rooms were well kept, and cleaning, electricity, and timing were all fine. It felt completely safe to stay. There’s Wi-Fi and a water kettle, which was handy, but no food or induction stove is included. At 400 RS per person each day, the rooms felt a little expensive.
