I booked FabHotel Knight Airways from 22nd March to 25th March, but a genuine emergency meant I had to leave early. My two-night stay would have cost around ₹6,700, yet the hotel made me pay ₹10,000 for the full booking even though I didn't stay for all of it. The staff were completely unhelpful and showed no understanding when I explained what had happened. They told me to contact customer service. I spent over an hour trying to reach them and got no proper resolution. The customer service team was very rude and had no basic manners. One of the most pathetic experiences I've had: no professionalism, empathy, or support from either the hotel or customer service. Highly disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel.

My room was okay for the price, though some rooms definitely need an upgrade. The location is perfect if you need to go to the airport for duty or travel, especially if you're walking.

The receptionist and service staff kept chewing gutka, which made the stay even worse. The room wasn't clean, the blanket was torn, and hygiene overall was poor. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The cleanliness and staff behavior need major improvement.

Mosquitoes kept us company all night, and the bedsheets and towels were very dirty. They advertise lots of amenities online, but there was no TV, napkins, or even a glass. It felt like a scam. I've never stayed in a Dharmshala, but one might be a lot better than this hotel. I will definitely report it to the Heath department.

I hate fabhotels. Their customer care never responds, and they make false promises. Then the hotel says it doesn't know what was promised and that you have to follow its policy. They send people to third-class hotels with smelly rooms and mosquitoes. These guys are a scam.
