The hotel looks decent, but I was unhappy with a few things. I booked two nights and had to reactivate my room card because it expired after each night, which felt unnecessary. They also don't allow outside food in the room, so guests can only have food from their restaurant. That rule isn't tourist-friendly. The insulation was poor. Someone in one of the rooms played loud music around midnight, and I could hear and feel the vibrations in my room. When I tried to complain, there was nobody at reception. Why allow loud noise after midnight? Please improve the service and be more considerate of guests.

A really bad stay. The hotel looks newly built, but there’s no proper management. We had booked two rooms with breakfast included. They said it would be ready at 7:30 in the morning, but the cook didn’t show up, so there was no breakfast. No one even let us know there’d be a problem.

The staff were good about feedback. When we asked, they had breakfast ready an hour early, and the cleaning staff came on time and did a good job. Breakfast itself was good, and the hotel is close to the Sarusajai sports complex, which suited our trip for the National School Chess tournament in December 2025. The rooms are decent, though a bit overpriced, and outside highway noise still comes through the closed windows. It’s a new place and there’s a lot of construction going on at the G+2 floor. Food may be pricey too, since many guests seem to order from Zomato or Swiggy. They’re doing their best, and once construction is finished, it could be a good place to stay near the sports complex.

The breakfast spread wasn’t good, and there were cats in the breakfast area. In the room, the air conditioner leaked, the door didn’t work properly, and the heater was set to maximum, which could burn someone.
