The rooftop restaurant and bar were a real highlight. The ambience was excellent, the food delicious, and the views of Guwahati from up there made the meal even better. I’d suggest eating at the restaurant rather than ordering room service. Breakfast was another nice surprise, with plenty of tasty options and nothing to complain about. We were two adults and one child, stopping for one night at Heavens Garden Empire during the last leg of a long North East trip. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for all three of us. Staff were humble, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. We all had a very pleasant stay and would definitely like to return.

The hotel is right on the main road, with all the nearby spots close by. Rooms are spacious, hygiene is well maintained, and the food is good in both taste and quality. Service is very slow, though, and breakfast is cold if you arrive after 8.30am. In-room dining adds a 10% charge to the total bill. The parking area is very cramped. It can take a while to get your car out, so plan to leave 15-20mins early.

Getting to the hotel takes a long time because of the nearby flyover construction, so leave early if you’re catching a flight or train. It’s in Lalganesh area of Guwahati. The rooftop restaurant has a nice ambience, though the food could be better. At breakfast, the idli was like rubber and the sambhar didn’t seem fresh, so I had to find something else. The hotel is comfortable, with a quite good room and lots of amenities. Service was great, and laundry facilities are available.

The food was really nice, and so was the price. We stayed almost 14 days, and the staff were always polite and smiling, doing what they could to make our stay pleasant. There’s construction outside for the flyover, which is one issue, but that work will finish. We’re happy to recommend the hotel and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We had a great time with friends. The indoor spaces have a nice ambience and good furniture, and the rooms are great too. The food works well for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Highly recommended whether you’re visiting Guwahati for a stay, a party, or just the day.
