We had a decent, satisfactory two-night stay at Hotel Asian Palace in Guwahati. The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and the main city location meant plenty of shops and restaurants were nearby. Each floor shares a common balcony rather than having balconies for individual rooms. From there, you can see the mountains toward Shillong in the distance, which was nice in the morning and evening. Food was the downside: it was a bit pricey and only average in taste.

The service was very poor, and the two days I stayed were really difficult. They also never gave me a bill for the extra amount I paid for early check-in. A very pathetic experience.

Everyone, from the manager to the staff, was helpful, well-mannered, and quick to take initiative whenever I asked for something. The hotel and rooms were excellent, and the service and facilities were awesome. Keep up the good work!

The location is right in the heart of the city, and the rooms were neat and clean. Room service for the washroom was excellent, and the unisex spa had modern facilities. The bar was cool too, and the food was especially tasty. I’d suggest this place for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

I've stayed here twice, and both visits were wonderful. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and have all the needed amenities. I especially liked how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed felt after a long day. The staff have been friendly and attentive every time, making sure needs are met with a smile. The hotel keeps impressing me with its service and welcoming atmosphere.
