There was no geyser for hot water and no blankets in the room. The bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained, and outside the window I saw packets and garbage scattered around. Basic amenities were missing, and the poor cleanliness and lack of facilities made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel needs major improvement in hygiene and guest service.

It looks different in person than it does in the photos. The service is okay, though, and the price is decent.
The manager was polite and very helpful, and all the staff were friendly and ready to lend a hand with a smile. The rooms are well furnished, and the bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Great hospitality, and one of the best places to stay.
