Hotel Riviera

Service was very poor. They didn't provide soap or shampoo.

I stayed at Rivera hotel, Guwahati last night, and the food was very unhealthy, much too oily, and expensive for its quality. The manager refused to discuss my complaints. The rooms were also in bad shape: the AC didn't work in Room No:403, and its lights had issues. In Room No: 404, the lights and door lock had problems, so the room couldn't be locked properly. I won't stay here again. This was my actual recent experience, and I urge people not to book. Otherwise, you'll waste your hard-earned money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping staff were especially polite and helpful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The service and food were good, hygiene was maintained, and breakfast had a wide variety. Highly recommended, thank you.

It's low cost, and you can usually find an empty room easily. The place must have been great when it was new, but now maintenance is poor. Almost every room smells of cigarettes, the furniture is old, the lighting is tacky, and the electronics may or may not work.
