Being able to walk to the bird sanctuary's main gate in 5-10 minutes is a plus, and the residential area is mostly calm. The hotel is just behind hotel sunbird, down a narrow lane. Our room service attendant was polite and helpful and did his best. Those were the main positives. The rooms are basic, with old, dirty-looking sheets and pillow covers; our bathroom had very dim lighting, and toiletries may be missing when you check in. The rooms have no soundproofing. We could hear a noisy group drinking and playing loud music until 2 am. Food is best kept to very basic items: the chow mein we ordered had far too much vinegar and soy sauce. There is no dedicated parking for your own car, so you have to leave it beside the hotel wall. The property may appeal for its closeness to the sanctuary and, for some, its Rajasthani-style architecture, but food, basic amenities and hygiene fall short. Better lunch and dinner options are within walking distance.

The staff tried their best, but couldn't fix the property's unhygienic state. The bed linen and towels were stained and smelled bad, and the bathroom was very dirty, outdated, and had an unpleasant odor. There's no soundproofing, so outside noise, including nearby highway traffic, comes through. Earbuds may help if you want to sleep properly. Food was average, while the non-veg dishes were heavily overpriced. Apart from being close to the park, there wasn't anything interesting about this hotel.

The property owner, mR pawan, was generous and courteous and paid attention to the little things. I had a great stay at Kiran villa palace Bharatpur from 8th nov -9th Nov. Manoj, Shivam , Bhagat singh ji at the front desk helped with check-in, and everything from arrival to checkout was perfect and up to the mark. The chef cooked food with just the right taste. The hotel is a five-minute walk from bharatpur sanctuary. A perfect place to stay with family and friends.

We stayed two nights with family and friends, and it was reasonable and good value for money. The food costs a little more, but tastes good and is prepared to order. It isn't made with too much oil or spice, which makes the price feel worthwhile.

The room charge didn't match the service, and the experience was really bad. They even charged extra for blankets after all the fuss, without apologizing. Service was very poor and slow: food arrived late, and we had to remind them about breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken water heater, so they brought hot water in buckets. The TV and intercom didn't work either. We wouldn't recommend kiran villa hotel to any guest.
