The location was good, but there wasn't much nearby, and the hotel looked nothing like the photos. The rooms were dirty, cleaning was very poor, and the food was bad, though the staff were very good. I only stayed because my pregnant wife had a medical emergency while we were in Bharatpur. Otherwise, I wouldn't have lasted a minute there. It felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn't return. Thank you, OYO.

For around 1,000 rupees a day, the rooms are large, with spacious bathrooms, and the owner is very kind and fair. Room service and cleaning were good. The food wasn't great, but good enough for a small district like Bharatpur. Rooms are only on the first floor. I think it's one of the best guest options in Bharatpur for the price, and couples can stay with out-of-station IDs.

Parking and food are available, and the room was very spacious. Check-in was easy, with welcoming, professional staff. I found the location especially convenient. My room was clean, well kept, and had the basics: air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a TV. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive throughout. I had a genuinely pleasant stay at SPOT ON Hotel Pratap Plaza in Bharatpur.

I paid for three nights but left after one, and got no refund. The room door had clearly been forced at some point, with part of the wood missing by the latch, so I didn't trust leaving my things there. The front desk first quoted a higher “special offline rate,” then tried to keep my change, claiming he didn't have any. When I insisted, he found it. He also said there was hot water, but the heater wasn't wired up and couldn't work. The room was unclean, with hair and dust clumps on the floor, old soap pieces in a dirty dish, plumbing parts lying around, and dried waste in the toilet. There were also several bold mice in the afternoon. Maybe it's an option for a backpacker with little luggage trying to save money. The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Shake out your clothes before heading out.

A good room for a stay with the boys.
