Hotel Royale de CASA

I found the staff extremely polite and helpful, and they made me feel welcome. My in-room meal was pleasant: the chef made it as requested, and service was prompt. The room was decent and had modern amenities. The hotel is on Beltola Road, centrally placed for getting to Ganeshguri, GS Road, Dispur, and Beltola. However, much of the furniture, from the lobby to the room chairs, looks old and needs maintenance, making the interior feel worn. There was moss in the shower, and the bathroom fittings need replacement or refurbishment. Breakfast was quite basic; oats and muesli would improve the spread. I stayed one night, and the experience was satisfactory overall.

The hotel offers luxury at fair prices, and the response was excellent from our first enquiry through checkout. They accommodated early check-ins without any fuss. We also wanted day-use rooms to freshen up before riding out to shillong, and mr. Sujith offered them at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely return whenever we visit Guwahati.

The venue looked stunning, the food was exceptional, and our guests are still talking about how smoothly everything went. We held our wedding here on January 24th, and it was wonderful from the planning stage right through the day itself. The team was professional, attentive, and very supportive. A special thanks to kangkan kalita for going above and beyond to get every detail right. We appreciate all the work that made our wedding unforgettable, and would highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a beautiful, well-organized wedding venue.

Update to my earlier review: after I posted last night, the hotel staff were humble and caring, and the food was great in the morning. I'm glad to see the hotel respond so proactively to feedback. I hope the improvement continues when I visit next time. Before that, I had a terrible experience. The staff were the worst I've faced, and the location is on the outskirts of the city, too far from the airport. The food had a foul smell and made me vomit. This place doesn't deserve 4-star status.
