We held an office conference here and had a wonderful time. The conference hall was spacious and well ventilated, and the washrooms were neat and clean. Staff were helpful and cooperative, including the humble, friendly housekeeping team and a helpful supervisor. Food facilities were downstairs. We’re booking again. Keep travelling and enjoying, and stop plastic pollution to keep the earth clean.

The receptionist was polite and generous, and the hospitality was really nice. Room service was good too. I was satisfied with the great service and would suggest this hotel to anyone reading.

The location near Beltola Charali is good, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. They should at least provide toothpaste or soap. The bathroom was too small to use comfortably, and the noise made me feel like I was in a hostel for a moment.
