The room was awful: a strong bad smell, a dirty bathroom with broken fittings, and cockroaches wandering around. The hygiene was unacceptable. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful, acting more like goons than people providing a service. I had booked and paid in advance through OYO, but the hotel claimed it hadn't received anything and wouldn't accept the amount on my booking. They demanded more money and told me I could leave if I wouldn't pay, saying, “We didn’t ask you to come here.” I'd strongly tell others to avoid staying here. OYO should seriously rethink working with hotels like this.

My room's AC didn't work at all, and nobody did anything after I complained. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly either. I was also charged extra at check-in without being told beforehand, and the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Frustrating and uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend it.

Staff were rude, and the service was terrible.

The location is the main drawback: it's far from the main road, with no shops nearby, and the roadside feels dark and unsafe in the evening. In daylight, the road is fine. Food costs a bit much, too. But the manager is cooperative, the hotel service is good, the rooms are good, and it's budget friendly. Unmarried couples are allowed.
