The restaurant staff were the highlight for me. They treated us like royalty, and the place was very clean, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was an authentic South Indian buffet. The front office team was well mannered, the rooms were tidy, and room service was good. There's plenty of secure parking, and the bus stand and shops are within walking distance. A peaceful place to stay at a reasonable price.

The reception team was kind and helped with our questions since we were new to the area. The rooms were really good, and the complimentary breakfast was good too. But serving it in the bar isn't suitable for everyone. The ambience matters when you're eating with family and kids, and that bar isn't a place I'd recommend for breakfast or other meals.

The location is okay, and a stay of five or six hours might be fine, but think carefully before booking. We got three rooms for one day, and only one was good. The other two had problems, including dirty bathrooms and ACs that didn't work properly. The hotel presents itself as premium, but the rooms aren't worth the high price, not even close. I've stayed in several low-budget hotels that were better. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

We booked the place for a birthday celebration on July 3rd, and they arranged everything perfectly. The manager was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious, with every dish full of flavor. The ambience felt warm and inviting, which made the celebration even more special. We had a splendid experience.

Room service was great, and the food at Jannal restaurant in the hotel was served hot and tasted delicious. The rooms felt a bit pricey to me, but I had a pleasant stay and think it's a good place to stay.
