What made the stay memorable was how welcoming everyone was, especially Mr. Mahesh Kumar at reception. He was polite, professional, and quick to help whenever I needed something. The wider team and management were supportive too, and clearly focused on guests. Shivas Gateway Hotel was clean and comfortable, with attentive service throughout. I had a wonderful stay, would recommend it, and hope to return.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at Shivas Gateway. Mr. Vijay, who is from Coimbatore and knows Kerala well, made it easy for us to connect with him. He was a hands-on manager who genuinely cared whether guests were happy, and he made sure our needs were met. He also took time to explain the menu and food options, patiently guiding us through the choices. His hospitality was outstanding, even by the standards we have experienced in Kerala. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel. Thanks, Vijay and Shivas Gateway. We look forward to coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chef Mr. Hemanth made delicious food throughout my 10-day stay, and I want to thank him for it. Basavaraju and Bishwajit from F&B also stood out. They were calm, polite, and respectful every time we spoke. All the staff were helpful, professional, and well-groomed. It was an amazing stay.

The food was excellent, thanks to Biswajeet, Abhijeet, Basavaraj, all the chefs, and especially Murtaza. The front desk team also sorted out my queries promptly, and the hotel manager showed great hospitality. A peaceful, wonderful stay at Shivas Gateway Bangalore, made possible by the hardworking staff. Thank you for the excellent service.

Talib from housekeeping kept my room perfectly clean throughout my 21-day stay and brought anything I requested right away. Chef Mr. Das also deserves thanks for the delicious food. At the front office, Mr. Rehan and Irsad, along with Suman and Mustafa from F&B, were outstanding. They always spoke in a calm, polite, respectful way. The staff were professional, well-groomed, and helpful, and I appreciated everyone's hospitality and excellent service.
