The rooms are old and not very clean. You have to ask every day for cleaning, otherwise they don't seem to care. The beds weren't clean either, though staff said they were. Hot water wasn't reliably available, and the bathroom stayed wet because the exhaust fan didn't work properly and water collected on the floor. We also had no internet for a full day, and even after several requests, they couldn't fix it. The general standard here is low, though the hotel seems to consider that normal.

The service was quite good, but the rooms are trash. Keep an eye on the listing too. I booked two double beds through Agoda, and they refused to honor the listing, so I ended up having to make do with a floor bed.

The hotel has been renovated recently, so it looks new, and the staff are really friendly. It’s only a two-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, and you can see it clearly from the roof. Had a nice stay in Agra 👍

They even charged us for water we never ordered. The TV and internet didn't work, the WC was broken and dirty, and hot water came only once in the morning. Music played every morning too, making it hard to sleep. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A waste of money. The room wasn't good and neither was the hospitality. There was no hot water for a shower, the bed was uncomfortable, and the western toilet didn't work properly 😒
