I had a bad stay here and would avoid the rooms. Rates are high while the facilities aren't good. The hotel service people didn't respond properly, the geysers and AC remotes weren't working, and power cuts happened frequently. There weren't any hangers for clothes either.

The location is a big plus, right across from Prem Mandir, and they have parking. But the price is premium for poor service, and it felt like a total rip-off. Rooms are okay but not well maintained. There was only RO water in a dirty container, no bottled water. I met three spiders, and the old towels were dirty. The bedsheets and pillows looked dirty and as if they hadn't been changed since the last guest. I asked for them to be changed, and they quietly swapped them for something a little better, though still dirty. The door peephole had no glass, so someone could have peeked in. I had to block it with napkins 😅. With cleanliness and basic security like this, it's not worth the asking price.

I stayed for one night, on 4th Jan 26, then moved to Brinda Seva sadan for another day. The service was the worst, with an exorbitant tariff. The toilet door lock didn't work, the TV wasn't working or had no channel recharge, and the furnishing was dirty. The front desk man was very unresponsive. They didn't provide even basic water, and when I asked, they curtly told a second floor guest to fetch it from the ground floor. Don't be misled by their photograph, it is a trap. Take your time to look for accommodation, which is available in abundance nearby.

No basic support was available for our 5-month-old baby, not even boiled water, and they overcharged us despite the poor service. The washroom was dirty and poorly maintained, the jet spray didn't work, there was no hot water or toiletries, the bedsheet was torn, and the AC wasn't working. The peephole was covered with tissue instead of proper glass, which was a safety concern. The manager, Amit, was extremely rude and unprofessional, arrogant and dismissive, with no basic hospitality skills. We raised the problems several times but nothing was done and our room wasn't changed. We were told to contact the owner, but she didn't answer despite repeated calls. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay with poor hygiene, missing basic amenities, and bad customer service. Not recommended.
