The food was delicious, and the staff were impressively polite. Room service was prompt and attentive too. Getting around was harder: cabs weren’t readily available after booking, so exploring the city or returning to the hotel was a challenge. The hotel sits beside a railway track in the middle of a busy market, so it can be noisy and chaotic. If convenience and a quiet stay matter to you, it’s better to inform them in advance. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The reception staff behaved very poorly, and there was no support for customers. Check-in time was 1 pm, but they wouldn’t provide a room before then. The service was very poor. Don’t stay at Guwahati Mayur Hotel.

It was a great place for a one-night stay, but the price felt too high for three people sharing one room. The facilities aren’t that great, as the place is still under development.

The food was tasty, and the food staff were really well behaved. The service was fantastic, so my rating is beyond five stars. I stayed from 6/10/23 to 8/10/23, and this will be my first choice whenever I need a place to stay in guwahati. Thank you for your service.

I stayed on 8-Sep-2023. It’s a great spot for shopping, and staff were helpful. The room was excellent, with AC, hot water, and clean toilets, and the service was excellent too. Since it’s a pure vegetarian hotel, food choices were limited. It may be better to get food from outside or use Zomato. We could book Uber easily from here.
