Mw Hotel

I’m now convinced the hotel is doing something questionable with its reviews, because I can’t imagine anyone giving it five stars. The food and room were both awful. At breakfast they gave me two of the smallest pieces of bread in the world. When I asked for more, the guy disappeared. I felt bad for myself, especially since I was charged 4800 per night. I’d be grateful if this review saves even one person from staying here. Damn.

The rate was over 7k for two rooms, and I expected basic things to be handled better. We arrived around 2:30 pm, though check-in was meant to be at 1 pm, and staff were still coming into the rooms to do last-minute cleaning and adjustments. Several staff entered after we arrived, and they didn’t seem professional. We waited hours for room snacks and nearly an hour for breakfast. They knew how many guests were staying but hadn’t prepared ahead. Since outside food wasn’t allowed, we had no choice but to wait. The elevator was out of order, the lobby had no AC, and the building and dusty windows seemed poorly maintained. Our room’s AC was stuck on its default setting, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The rooms were dusty and had an unbearable smell. Staff sprayed air freshener when we arrived, but it didn’t cover the dustiness. They set up an extra bed without blankets, and we only realized late at night, so someone had to sleep without one. Anyone who rated this hotel highly must be connected to it or have very low expectations. This is my honest review.

All the staff were very good, and Mr. Sanjay Saraniya was especially polite and nice. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. Everything was wonderful, and we had an excellent experience at Hotel MW.

The food was better than at other places, and the staff were helpful. A very good hotel, and clean too.
