The breakfast was cold and tasteless, and the AC didn’t work. The bathroom was disgusting, with cockroaches crawling around, and the room was filthy and smelled awful. The sheets looked as though they hadn’t been changed in weeks. Staff were rude and no help at all, acting like we were a bother just for checking in. I couldn’t wait to leave. Worst stay of my life, and I’d honestly rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

The room rent feels fair for the service, and the rooms, staff behavior, hygiene, and food quality were all very good. Hotel Rashmi is one of the best in Guwahati. If someone can't appreciate service this good, they may be better off staying at home.

The food was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and the location convenient. Staff were excellent, and we felt we got great value for the price. The stay was memorable, and we’ll visit again soon.
