We were six people sharing three rooms for one night. The only things I appreciated were the good parking space and that they didn’t charge for mineral water. The rooms were in awful condition. We looked at five and settled for three only because it was late and we were too tired to search for other hotels. The toilets were broken, seepage was so bad that paint and cement were falling off the walls, and one room had no key, so I couldn’t lock it from outside. The manager denied check-in, saying no rooms were left for Oyo. He used my phone to cancel the booking and told customer care we’d had an accident and wouldn’t arrive. If I couldn’t provide medical proof, I wouldn’t have received a refund. I argued and clearly told Oyo that the manager had refused check-in and insisted on offline payment. Don’t choose this place.

A definite no. The smell is awful, the rooms are in terrible shape, and the location is even worse, right beside a railway line.

The AC in the main room didn’t work, and neither did the TV. When I asked, they said it would take some time, but nothing got fixed, so I had to sleep on the sofa in the hall. I booked a big room directly, not through OYO. Worst experience ever. I’m never going back, and nobody else should either.

The two reception staff were rude and tried to loot customers. If you didn’t agree, they would raise their voices and argue with you. The beds and pillows were dirty, and the washroom was very narrow and dirty. Mosquitoes were another problem. A main railway line runs beside the hotel, with trains passing every 30 minutes and disturbing sleep all night. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, and I only suffered through the night. Never visit. I don’t know how they got approval or how OYO partnered with them, but there shouldn’t be a hotel beside a railway line.

There were problems in every room: no water at the basin, a broken bathroom tap, curtain issues, or dirty pillowcases. The hotel is right by the train station, and the horns all night make it impossible to sleep. The owner didn’t know about our online booking, so we had to involve the organizer. Please don’t book it.
