Novotel Guwahati GS Road Hotel

Jubitara and Krishna at the front desk were very polite, professional and helpful throughout my visit, and room service was prompt and good. Breakfast could be improved a little, both in variety and the overall experience. I’m a frequent guest at Accor Group properties, especially Novotel, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

Rittik from the restaurant staff deserves special recognition. He was courteous, attentive and professional, kept the arrangements well organized, and handled requests promptly. His humble, positive attitude and dedication made the service smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, Rittik.

The housekeeping staff were prompt and wonderful, even late at night. They brought extra water bottles and bedding and helped us get settled comfortably with the kids, always with genuine care and a smile. Thank you to the whole Novotel Guwahati team for making us feel so welcome. We left with lovely memories and a lot of gratitude. Our first trip to the North East was made especially warm and comfortable by the hospitality at The Square restaurant. Manotosh and Rofiquil were attentive and patient with all the kids’ food requests, and made sure they were happy and looked after at every meal. Their dish suggestions were lovely, while still ensuring the children had things they enjoyed. Travelling with kids can be overwhelming, but their thoughtful service made a big difference and made the stay memorable.

Housekeeping executive specialist Happy kumar deserves a heartfelt thank you. Every day, the room was spotless, fresh, hygienic and carefully maintained down to the smallest details. The housekeeping service and hospitality are highly recommended.
