There were no towels or bath soap, and the place was filthy. The lift didn’t work, so getting to my room on the 4th floor and back down was very difficult. The TV didn’t work either, and the bedding was dirty and torn.

I booked an AC room but was given one without AC, and the service wasn’t proper. When I called to complain, the receptionist denied it. I called again and the receptionist lady said she was busy and told me to call later. Bad experience for a family.

The rooms are decent in size, but service was below average. My room fan was damaged and they didn’t replace it, and they never gave me an AC remote despite me reminding them many times. They also charged extra even though I booked through an online hotel app. It’s just an okay kind of hotel.

Booking online was my mistake. The pictures looked nice, like they always do, but I had to switch rooms three times before checking in. The first room had no way to lock it because the lock set had been removed. The second was cramped, with no working AC, no proper bathroom, and no heater. They promised the third room would have a working AC and water heater. The AC ran at 18 with no remote, and its drain pipe hung down and spread water across the room. There was no TV either. The guy said none of the rooms there had one. And the bathroom, oh god, it was like a government Sulabh Shauchalaya. Worst service and rooms I’ve ever experienced.
