I'm unhappy with the hotel and its very bad service. I forgot my phone charger, but they didn't return it. That's not good of OYO or the hotel staff.

Service took too long. The bed covers were dirty, and after several replacements they gave us covers with blood spots. A terrible experience.

Everything was poor. Service was extremely slow, and both the service and food quality were very bad.

I’ve never stayed somewhere this filthy or unhygienic. 🤮
