The location and view are great, and when we asked for extra bedding, staff brought it promptly. Room service meals also arrived within 30-40 minutes. But this was my third stay, and my worst one. My first two visits were pretty nice, which is why I returned, so I’m really disappointed and hope they take this seriously and improve. Our bathroom was messy, with water splashed everywhere and a leaky jet-spray. The AC kept switching off after 10-15 minutes, even after we called room service, so they moved us at 8pm. The replacement room was fine, but cigarette buds on the balcony showed it hadn’t been fully cleaned. We ordered lunch, dinner, and snacks, and repeatedly had to ask for enough cups, plates, and cutlery. I could excuse that if there were lots of guests, but it’s basic service. They also charged us for the water bottles supplied in the rooms.

The rooms are decent, though old, and even the most premium one has no refrigerator. The location is good, with lake views, and it’s just 10 mins from Gorai beach. Food quality was good, and restaurant service was excellent. The waiters and managers were responsive and helpful.

The setting near Gorai beach is peaceful, and the food is nice. Rooms are decent but small, and the staff are cordial. Getting an Ola or Uber here can be a bit difficult.

It feels like a hill station near Mumbai, with a really impressive location and environment. I love this place. Thanks to Lala ji for arranging hygienic food and providing good service.

Great food and room service at levels resort with GM sir Lala ji. The rooms were neat and clean, and so were the pools. Had a great experience. Prefers to all tries once a time.
