We were students traveling from Shillong to Guwahati for our first CUET exam, and had booked five rooms. Make my trip had confirmed the reservation, but when we arrived, reception said they hadn't received it and had already given the rooms to students who came earlier. I can't tell whether Make my trip or the hotel owners were at fault. The hostel was still under construction and didn't look like a hotel. Since it was late and we had nowhere to stay, we had to book somewhere else at a much higher price.

The building is still under construction. The rooms smelled, including of smoke, and the toilets looked like they had never been cleaned. We were given used bedspreads and pillow covers, there was no AC, and it felt like a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Staff were very rude. We booked through OYO, but neither the hotel staff nor OYO customer care took responsibility or offered support. Power went out frequently, and water didn't come early in the morning. It seemed like they shut the valves.

The place looked completely different from the pictures. The staff were horrible, rude, and had no manners or discipline. I'm a student, and I especially advise my fellow students not to go anywhere near this terrible hotel. If zero stars were an option, I wouldn't give it one.

The views from the windows were breathtaking, and the rooms were elegantly furnished, comfortable, and luxurious, with attention to detail in every corner. When I arrived at OYO Flagship The Limewood Inn, I got a warm, hospitable welcome. The owner was especially amazing and gave us great support at both check-in and checkout.

The sheets and pillow covers were so dirty I felt like vomiting, and the bathroom lacked proper facilities. The building was under construction and didn't match the online pictures. Even after booking and paying online, they charged us more at check-in, which was VERY irritating.
