The room service was good, and I liked the ambience. The food was good too, apart from some of it. The location is a concern if you’re planning a large event. There isn’t a big parking area, so inviting more than 500 people could mean having to deal with problems. Some workers were also too rude to speak properly or give a straight answer, even when we asked politely.

There are several eating places close by, including haldiram, bikanerwala, subway, burger king, and Starbucks, and the property has nice rooms and ample parking. It’s a good stop near the highway. The downside is that it’s far from ghats, so you have to pay tolls multiple times going back and forth.

From the reception to the kitchen and housekeeping, the staff at Ambrosia Sarovar Portico Haridwar made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff matter a lot at any property, and they deserve full appreciation. When we visit Haridwar again, we’d like to stay here.

The service deserves 5 stars, and the food was super tasty, also 5 stars. The rooms look old, though they were clean, and the wooden work is peeling off. It’s right at the highway.

The location is perfect, and the service was very good. Rooms are small, there isn’t a good view from any of them, and the price is a little high.
