The rooms were a good size, but cleanliness fell below standard. Towels, corridors, walkways, bed sheets, and the blanket were dirty or stained, and there was only one elevator. The ground-floor restaurant was somewhat clean, but the one on the fourth floor was unhygienic and dirty. An extremely filthy hotel. I'd rate it 1 out of 5.
During my Guwahati trip, I stayed at this beautiful hotel on 13/8/2017. It was peaceful, and I had an amazing experience.
The location is convenient. Staff management could be better, but otherwise it was an okay place to stay.
The rooms had a bad smell, and the cafeteria did too. There were lots of mosquitoes, and we couldn't get hot water. Breakfast was late and limited to cornflakes with milk and bread with butter. The receptionist and other staff were rude and unhelpful. A very bad experience. I’d give this hotel zero stars, so think carefully before booking.
I was in room 207 with a Pratham group booking on 20/03/25. I asked reception to turn on the TV and set it to Star Plus, but they said it couldn't be done. During our earlier stay on 11th March 25, they had fixed it. Service was poor, and I’m sorry to rate the staff this way. I can’t give their service a good rating.
