The room they showed me was filthy, with stained sheets that looked as though they hadn’t been washed for months and rubbish left by the previous guest. I said I wouldn’t stay and asked for my money back, but they refused to refund me and didn’t help contact the company. I had to deal with it myself, even though I don’t speak the language. Airtel even flagged their phone number as spam. Avoid this place. The location was disgusting too, and Google Maps showed the wrong spot. My driver and I spent 30 minutes trying to find it, then had to walk down a dirty, smelly alley with homeless people and drug users, and a urine smell. I’ve lived in India for five years and have never seen a place or behavior this unacceptable. This place should close. Please stay somewhere better, where you’ll get at least basic respect. Shame.
