Over my disappointing two-day stay, I had to change rooms three times because the AC didn’t work and the Wi-Fi kept having problems. The third room had the same issues, and the rooms were not clean at all. Guest service was extremely poor. The front office staff were unresponsive: they ignored our calls or needed two or three reminders before doing anything. Even on the ground floor, there were network problems.

I’m sharing this for hotel management or ownership because it affects guest experience, service standards and the brand’s reputation. Our stay was disappointing due to unprofessional front-office behavior at reception, specifically from a staff member named SURAJ_GOSWAMI. The way guests were spoken to and handled didn’t meet basic hospitality SOPs, and my family felt uncomfortable. This seems like a gap in staff training and supervision, especially at the front desk and around customer service etiquette. Since reception is the first point of contact, this kind of conduct affects service quality and guest satisfaction. I ask the General Manager or owner to review the incident and explain what corrective and preventive steps they’re taking to provide consistent service. Until these concerns are addressed, travelers may want to consider other nearby hotels in Gwalior with higher hospitality standards and more guest-focused service.

It’s in a great spot for getting around the city and reaching the airport. The hotel used to be a source of pride in Gwalior, but the rooms have fallen off over the years. Renovation work was underway when I was there.

My stay at Hotel Adityaz, Gwalior was really disappointing. The rooms smelled bad and had seepage everywhere, with basic cleanliness and upkeep seemingly ignored. Service was poor too, and the manager was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I’d tell people to avoid it unless the place makes major improvements.
