It was hard to sleep at night. People often drank alcohol out in the open and made noise in the middle of the night, while hotel staff seemed not to care about anyone else’s sleep or peace. The place also had an unpleasant smell and mosquitoes. They wouldn’t provide hand wash, and the commode flush wasn’t working. Staff generally didn’t care about guests. For the same amount, I’d suggest booking a better hotel. I do want to appreciate Karan from housekeeping, who was very polite and helpful.

The room was dirty, with a filthy bed, pillow, and washroom. The TV and AC didn’t work, and the service was even worse than the room. Worst experience ever. I’d never recommend staying here.

The room needs major maintenance and an upgrade, though the staff are very good.

The swimming pool was disappointing, and the amenities they listed weren’t provided. There was no bathtub, the fridge didn’t work, and neither did the WiFi.

The hotel was stinky and smelly, with dim lighting and outages at least 10 times. The WiFi didn’t work. The corridor felt very cramped, the location was very bad, and room service was poor. I was there for a four-day business trip, and breakfast was the same every day: no cereals, juice, or fruit, just paratha and dry potato curry. There were tea and coffee pouches in the room, but I had to ask for them every day. I’m fed up with this hotel.
